LibQual and the library vision

The Library vision for 2020 outlines our commitment to engage with our user communities to keep them informed of Library services they can use along with understanding their requirements from us.  The LibQUAL survey helps us better understand how the Library users rate library services, collections and facilities.  It also helps us identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
