Irish Statistics - Central Statistics Office
Official Irish statistics are collected and reported by the Central Statistics Office. Central Statistics Office (CSO) material is held in the compact shelving on the ground floor of the Library.
Core CSO publications are:

- Small Area Populations Statistics
The CSO website is a very useful place to begin all current statistical research. The CSO provide much of their documentation these days in electronic form only. The Guide to CSO Publications and Information Services gives a detailed breakdown of all available CSO data and publications available.
