Customer Services Desk

Your first port of call when using the Library will often be the Customer Services Desk. Staff there will help you with any general enquiries you may have and will be delighted to get you started on using our services. They will help you when finding a book or journal on our catalogue or finding information on our web-site. If you have enquiries regarding borrowing, returning, renewals of library materials they will advise you what to do. If you want access to other libraries they can tell you about the schemes available.

They will always point you in the right direction and will refer you on to other more specialised staff or services when appropriate.

The desk is open from:

08.30 – 22.00. Mon-Fri. (Term-time)

09.30 - 13.00. Sat. (Term-time)
