If a book is 'In Processing', this means that the book is in the library, but yet to be catalogued and processed by library staff. By submitting this form you can escalate the processing of the book and have it made available to you more quickly.
If a book is 'On Order', we may not be able to speed up its arrival time, but we will certainly contact the supplier and try to put a rush on the order. We will also speed the book's progress through cataloguing and processing on arrival, so as to make it available to you as quickly as possible.
